Ensure payment transactions are checked and authorized correctly; lead payment processing team in supporting projects related with payment and cash management; liaise with business units and branches to ensure smooth transaction processes; analyze and lead business re-engineering processes in payment operations; manage and control department cost and expense against budget; ensure timely submission of regulatory reporting and internal reports; implement Risk Control Framework and ensure integrity of the risk management process; monitor and follow up nostro and sundry reconciliation reports; review and update Payment Operations Procedure including Service Level Agreement and BCP documentation.
