Responsibilities
Analyze MRP demand and replenish stocks timely; Place Purchase Orders (POs) on time; Get confirmation dates or ETAs for all POs; Ensure correct receipt in ERP system; Attend Daily Production Meetings; Execute exception messages; Align supplier requested dates with POs to avoid production impacts; Send reports to suppliers to review open lines; Communicate risks and shortages to Planning and Production; Escalate issues via JIRA; Analyze line of balances (LOB) when vendors have issues; Analyze monthly forecast and send to suppliers; Resolve delivery, pricing, and invoicing problems; Monitor vendor performance; Implement projects to reduce inventory levels; Review daily raw material arrivals at Customs Broker Warehouse; Resolve discrepancy problems with Warehouse and Logistics; Respond to invoices assigned in Maple; Participate in Safety committees, Risk Assessments, and ISO Audits; Implement and maintain security and health/environment rules; Develop and review procedures and work instructions.
