Set up, test, observe, check, record data, maintain, troubleshoot, and operate facilities and equipment; Perform connections of water, gas, air, oil, refrigerant lines, drives, air ducts, steam, electrical power, brazed joints, and test instrumentation; Execute tasks such as flushing, leak testing, evacuation, charging/transferring refrigerants, aligning drives, and rotating parts; Rig and lift chillers and components up to 120,000 lbs.; Operate facility equipment such as fans, pumps, heaters, valves, controls, drives, instruments, and data acquisition devices; Monitor gauges, dials, controls, sensors, instruments, and displays; Regulate flow rates, temperature controls, pressure controls, humidity controls, and motor speeds; Record data at specified intervals via manual or computer/data acquisition; Complete test records, forms, task lists, and logs according to department procedures.
