Responsibilities
Lead and supervise project teams on design, installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC systems; Plan, manage and control project scope, schedule, cost, resources and risks; Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams; Prepare and review technical submissions, drawings, reports, proposals and consultant comments; Monitor site progress and ensure works comply with latest construction programme, quality and safety requirements; Develop project plans including WBS, schedules, risk/issue logs and resource planning; Manage procurement activities including equipment selection, material ordering and delivery schedules; Oversee subcontractors and installation vendors to ensure performance and compliance; Manage project financials including cost control, billing, cash flow and collections; Ensure document control, QA/QC procedures and calibration of test equipment are properly implemented; Support pre-sales and post-sales activities including proposal and technical documentation; Provide progress reporting and maintain effective communication with stakeholders; Attend site meetings and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
