Responsibilities
Support incoming inspection and production areas by identifying and escalating supplier-related quality issues; Lead or assist with containment actions for nonconforming materials; Track and follow up on NCRs and supplier corrective action responses; Work with suppliers to drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions; Support APQP, PPAP, and engineering change activities; Maintain accurate quality records and communication logs; Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve material quality; Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring problems and updating inspection methods
