Analyze MRP demand and replenish stocks timely, place Purchase Orders on time, obtain confirmation dates or ETAs, ensure correct receipt in ERP, attend Daily Production Meetings, execute exception messages, align supplier dates with POs to avoid production impacts, send status reports to suppliers, communicate risks and shortages to Planning and Production, escalate issues via JIRA, analyze line of balances for vendor issues, analyze monthly forecasts, resolve delivery/pricing/invoicing discrepancies, monitor vendor performance, support vendor development, implement inventory reduction projects, review daily raw material arrivals at Customs Broker Warehouse, resolve discrepancy problems with Warehouse and Logistics, respond to AP discrepancies in Maple, participate in Safety committees and Audits, participate in Risk Assessments and ISO Audits, participate in EHS observations, implement and maintain security policies and health/environment rules, participate in training programs, develop and review procedures and work instructions
