Champion and evolve the Johnson Controls Business System across EMEA; Partner with Domain VP/GM to align system deployment with strategic priorities; Lead and develop a team of Business System Leaders; Provide hands-on coaching in Kaizen leadership and structured problem solving; Manage the Kaizen funnel and pipeline of improvement initiatives; Drive execution discipline and hold teams accountable for value realization; Establish standards for structured problem solving and root cause validation; Ensure effective deployment of Daily Management systems and visual management; Optimize end-to-end value streams by eliminating siloed improvements.
