Set up, test, observe, check, record data, maintain, troubleshoot, and operate facilities and equipment; perform connections of water, gas, air, oil, refrigerant lines, drives, air ducts, steam, electrical power, and brazed joints; set up tasks such as flushing, leak testing, evacuation, charging/transferring refrigerants, aligning drives, and rotating parts; fabricate and assemble non-metallic ducts and test fixtures; operate facility equipment and monitor gauges, dials, controls, sensors, and displays; regulate flow rates, temperature controls, pressure controls, humidity controls, and motor speed/frequency; record data at specified intervals; complete test records, forms, task lists, and logs; follow all safety rules and practices; identify potential hazards and recommend solutions
