Lead Fire Protection and Suppression POD to achieve KPIs and deliver jobs per stakeholder requirements; Own and drive Squad KPIs including performance tracking and corrective countermeasures; Manage case distribution to balance workload and maintain 90%–110% utilization; Lead and mentor a team of 10–12 designers; Conduct Root Cause Analysis for quality, delivery, or productivity issues; Ensure QA/QC adherence and documentation; Act as primary interface with internal and external stakeholders for schedule, budget, and technical spec execution; Deliver weekly and monthly stakeholder reports on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
