Champion and evolve the Johnson Controls Business System across EMEA, partner with Domain VP/GM to align system deployment with strategic priorities, lead and coach a team of Business System Leaders, build a succession pipeline of BSL talent, manage the Kaizen funnel aligned to strategic objectives, drive execution discipline and hold teams accountable for value realization, establish standards for structured problem solving, translate strategy into action through action planning and Kaizen activation, drive measurable outcomes across growth, productivity, margin, cash flow, and customer experience, ensure effective deployment of Daily Management systems, drive standardization of visual management and accountability routines, assess and improve business system effectiveness and maturity, align JCBS deployment across functions and regions, drive end-to-end value stream optimization, align digital transformation initiatives with Lean principles
