Responsibilities
Analyze MRP demand and replenish stocks timely, place purchase orders on time, get confirmation dates or ETAs for all POs, assure correct receipt in ERP system, attend daily production meetings, execute exception messages, align supplier requested dates with POs to avoid production impacts, send reports to suppliers to review status of open lines, communicate risks related to purchased items and shortages, escalate issues through correct channels, analyze line of balances when vendors have issues, analyze monthly forecast and send to suppliers, assure problems relating to delivery, pricing and invoicing are resolved, monitor vendor performance and on-time delivery, support areas to assure proper feedback and corrective actions, implement projects to reduce inventory level and obsolete items, review daily arrivals of raw materials at Customs Broker Warehouse, resolve discrepancy problems, respond to invoices assigned in Maple, comply with Johnson Controls Manufacturing Systems activities, participate in Safety committees and Audits, participate in Risk Assessments and ISO Audits, participate in EHS observations program, implement and maintain security policy and health and environment rules, participate in Training programs, develop and review procedures and work instructions
