Responsibilities
Review commercial terms before supplier onboarding, contract approval, or purchase order placement; Ensure contracts contain appropriate scope, pricing, performance expectations, responsibilities, and escalation mechanisms; Coordinate with Legal, Finance, EHS, IT Security, Privacy, Trade, Risk Management, and other control functions; Develop and execute strategies to enable the world-class Procurement CoE function; Implement projects that drive continuous improvement of procurement processes & tools; Support KPI target setting by providing internal and external benchmarking; Develop comprehensive set of Procurement operational reports to optimize center and site business decision making regarding spend management, savings delivery and cash flow; Execution of a consistent global procurement performance model that accurately defines and measures procurement effectiveness, savings, synergies, and other performance and compliance results
