Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of occupational health services and medical personnel; Lead and coordinate a team of approximately 15 healthcare professionals through external providers; Ensure compliance with Occupational Health regulations and internal management systems; Manage occupational health programs and preventive medicine campaigns; Coordinate and oversee IMSS procedures including ST7 cases, occupational risk management, and disability follow-up; Monitor health-related KPIs and provide periodic reports to leadership; Manage suppliers and service providers related to medical services; Control occupational health documentation and ensure legal compliance; Coordinate medical examinations including pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, and special assessments; Participate in audits and government inspections involving IMSS, STPS, and other regulatory authorities; Manage medical supplies, medications, and healthcare service budgets; Support financial and administrative activities including invoicing and service contract administration; Promote employee wellness initiatives and occupational health programs
