Define, develop, and deploy manufacturing solutions for PCBA and sub-assembly applications; Design and engineer solutions ensuring compliance with customer requirements and quality objectives; Prepare RFQs and evaluate supplier proposals; Develop project budgets and schedules; Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance; Manage suppliers and external partners through all development phases; Provide technical support during prototype, engineering, pilot, and validation builds; Supervise product validation activities; Drive cost reduction and value engineering initiatives; Support NPI activities; Interface with customers and cross-functional teams on product development issues; Prepare and maintain technical documentation; Lead prototype development and qualification activities
