Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures involving mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software systems; Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on SMT and SCP manufacturing equipment; Install, commission, validate, relocate, transfer, and debug production equipment and manufacturing lines; Provide hands-on technical support for SMT and SCP production operations; Lead installation activities for SMT lines, Edge Bonding equipment, SCP equipment, and Reflow Ovens; Conduct equipment calibrations, qualifications, and re-certifications per established schedules; Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to improve uptime and reliability; Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment logs, downtime reports, and technical documentation; Partner with Manufacturing, Process, Quality, and Operations teams to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives; Coordinate activities with equipment vendors and external service providers; Support pilot builds, NPI projects, equipment transfers, and capacity expansion projects; Lead and mentor a team of Maintenance Technicians; Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
