Lead architecture, design, analysis, and optimization of complex fluid and thermal systems; Own mechanical and fluid system deliverables from concept through production; Serve as a technical partner to customers supporting system-level integration; Drive simulation, analysis, and test efforts to validate fluid flow and thermal performance; Develop, review, and approve engineering requirements and technical documentation; Lead and influence design reviews presenting technical tradeoffs and risks; Identify technical gaps and lead exploratory R&D efforts; Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineers across experience levels; Contribute to new product innovation by evaluating emerging technologies; Support resolution of complex technical issues throughout the product lifecycle
