Responsibilities
Lead the Supply & Demand Planning function and drive continuous improvement of the IBP process to reach maturity level 3. Balance demand and supply to optimize volume, revenue, costs, and margins while managing inventory and working capital. Facilitate IBP meetings, prepare scenario decision documents, and provide production plans to operations and logistics. Manage the demand planning cycle to improve forecast accuracy and lead the supply planning team to optimize operational and tactical planning. Define inventory targets, manage replenishment, and monitor KPIs such as OTIF and capacity utilization.
