Responsibilities
Centralize intake for One Sentara Transformation Wave and other IT-led initiatives, validate initiative documentation including BRDs and TDDs, identify documentation gaps and partner with owners to close them, assess initiative scope and align work to appropriate IT owners, coordinate and facilitate assignment of IT Milestone Owners, support reassignment and escalation activities when ownership changes, ensure ownership matches actual effort and technical area, coordinate resource requirements across interconnected initiatives, help define scope and assess risk for technical programs, identify cross-project dependencies and risks then drive mitigation planning, build effective partnerships across IT, operations, and business leadership, resolve conflicts and help address project issues across teams, influence stakeholders beyond direct reporting structure, act as liaison among application, integration, analytics, and infrastructure teams, provide coordination for smaller initiatives without dedicated enterprise project managers, track IT milestones and support execution alignment, facilitate communication and issue resolution among stakeholders
