Responsibilities
Manage assigned components of the Logistics & Transportation budget and support development of the Annual Operating Plan and monthly projections. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop assumptions, challenge inputs, and align operational plans with financial targets. Perform monthly analysis of actual results versus projection, identifying volume, rate, mix, and productivity drivers. Track risks and opportunities, develop a forward-looking view of performance, and recommend actions to close gaps. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including review of accruals, journal entries, and cost-center results. Lead day-to-day priorities, coaching, and development for assigned finance team members. Partner with operations to identify, size, and track cost savings and productivity initiatives.
