Responsibilities
Own the evolution of the enterprise AI operating model and governance structures; Drive alignment across Product, Science, Engineering, Data, and business stakeholders; Serve as operating leader for the AI Center of Excellence and AI Council; Own the enterprise AI intake, evaluation, prioritization, and portfolio review process; Establish frameworks for measuring AI adoption and capability maturity; Develop executive and Board-level reporting on portfolio progress and risks; Maintain a sequenced enterprise AI roadmap aligned to business priorities; Partner with business leaders to accelerate adoption and build executive visibility; Track business outcomes and operational impact across the portfolio; Own the Finance partnership for the AI portfolio.
