Provide coaching and subject matter expertise to site leaders of all CPS Pillars, Own multiple CPS Pillars including Focused Improvement, Continuous Skills Development, and Autonomous Manufacturing Development, Collaborate with other functions within the site to drive continuous improvement activities and results in all areas of the plant, Coach teams to analyze data, prioritize projects, use problem-solving tools, and implement systemic solutions, Lead the execution of projects to deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Promote critical CPS concepts every day through coaching and auditing throughout all areas of the plant
