Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise copilots and AI assistants; Define and evolve prompt engineering standards and RAG architectures; Architect secure integrations between LLMs and enterprise data sources; Design and oversee intelligent automation solutions; Orchestrate complex automation flows with AI insights and human-in-the-loop steps; Create reusable frameworks and accelerators for rapid delivery; Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and power users; Lead governance for Power Platform and UiPath environments including DLP policies and CI/CD; Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards; Drive proof-of-concept efforts into production; Contribute to enterprise documentation and architectural standards; Collaborate with vendors to influence product roadmaps
