Responsibilities
Analyze and track supply chain workflows in ServiceNow to identify improvement opportunities and increase efficiency. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather needs, define scope, and build detailed project plans in Jira. Use Jira Kanban boards to visualize work, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress against project objectives. Perform data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and performance insights, then recommend process enhancements. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including requirements, user stories, and process maps. Share project updates, risks, and issues with stakeholders and leadership through regular reporting and presentations. Continuously review project metrics and KPIs and take corrective action when needed.
