Manage all aspects of projects including strategy, programming, design, schedule, entitlements, bidding, procurement, permitting, execution and close out; Mentor junior Project Managers and Project Coordinators; Develop high level estimates and schedules; Prepare project updates and communicate risks; Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; Monitor and manage vendor and project team performance; Act as primary client contact; Define project objectives and scope; Develop Master Project schedules; Develop detailed project budgets; Facilitate critical project meetings; Coordinate due diligence efforts; Prepare RFPs and manage vendor selection process.
