Responsibilities
Complete assigned tasks including painting, pressure washing, lighting maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, and locksmith work; Assist in supervising and implementing the preventative maintenance program; Maintain work order system (CMMS) daily and complete tenant service requests; Assist in providing training and supervision to the Engineering team; Support on-call or emergency response situations; Troubleshoot all building systems including electrical, DDC, and pneumatic controls; Comply with all safety procedures.
