Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance and operation of building systems (fire/life safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cabling, lighting, temperature controls, critical environments, light construction); Develop and implement maintenance plans incorporating preventive, corrective, and reliability procedures; Ensure safety hazards are identified and remediated and manage safety training programs; Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and guidelines related to building infrastructure; Assist in developing a Capital plan for infrastructure upgrades and equipment replacements; Oversee major projects, ensuring proper planning, execution, and closure; Manage contractor activities within the building; Provides immediate response to a variety of facility issues to include plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other site emergencies; Provides oversight and administration of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Corrigo); Keep records of building rounds, engineering logs, and data sheets.
