Responsibilities
Manage and maintain electromechanical/utilities services; prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance; conduct site inspections for risks/defects; review subordinate work and provide guidance; manage defect liability periods and AMC/CAMC trackers; hire, train, and develop maintenance staff; formulate budgeting controls and monitor SLAs/KPIs; oversee vendor quotations and invoices; ensure timely cost sheet submission and payment follow-ups; schedule monthly vendor meetings; plan energy conservation initiatives; maintain equipment history cards; attend major complaints and coordinate technical responses; conduct risk assessments and root cause analysis; create corrective and emergency response plans; participate in evacuation drills and ERT/QRT teams; maintain engineering reports (DMR/MMR).
