Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration, heat exchangers, HVAC, electrical, hot water, pumps, valves, and piping; Monitor building systems and make pre-emptive adjustments; Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment; Participate in special projects and scheduled maintenance shutdowns; Provide off-shift and on-call support; Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities
