Responsibilities
Operate building systems in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with government regulatory compliance and standard operating procedures, Perform daily walk-through of sites to ensure proper operation of electrical and HVAC equipment and identify hazardous conditions, Interface with Critical Operations Team to coordinate Critical Area Program including scheduling maintenance windows and participating in staff meetings, Identify safety hazards and incorporate remediation to ensure a safe environment for staff and occupants, Perform predictive, preventative, and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment, Track electrical/mechanical loads for all critical systems and maintain engineering logs and data sheets, Perform emergency or preventative maintenance repairs off hours on nights and weekends as needed
