Coordinate daily hard services operations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety) across 20-30 locations, manage soft services delivery (janitorial, landscaping, pest control), monitor work order systems and preventive maintenance schedules, manage vendor relationships and contractor performance, review and approve invoices while tracking spending against budgets, conduct regular site inspections to assess conditions and verify service quality, lead technical forums and share best practices across the portfolio, develop technical training content and standard operating procedures, interface with property managers and clients to address operational needs, prepare operational reports and performance dashboards, ensure regulatory compliance with building codes and safety regulations, monitor energy consumption and identify efficiency opportunities, mentor less experienced engineers through informal coaching
