Responsibilities
Perform periodic maintenance and repair of all building electrical systems (lighting, outlets, generators, UPS, transformers, compensation systems), develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, conduct or arrange periodic inspections and measurements (grounding, leakage current, insulation tests), monitor electrical consumption and provide energy-saving recommendations, prepare daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports, evaluate and resolve electrical requests from tenants and building users, work in coordination with other technical team members (mechanical, HVAC, BMS technicians), be available 24/7 in emergencies and participate in on-call rotation system, technically supervise the work of external service providers
