Responsibilities
Provide Health and safety leadership to site delivery teams; Support project risk management and establish effective controls; Promote and maintain effective client/stakeholder relationships; Support mandatory reporting of KPIs, Good Catches/Near Misses, accidents, and incidents; Ensure suppliers and workforce follow company policies and standards; Carry out regular toolbox talks and daily activity briefings; Maintain accurate records of works and expenditure; Liaise with project managers for material ordering; Coordinate all on-site activities; Issue permits in compliance with CDM; Liaise with Client's Project Manager for workbook compliance; Carry out regular safety audits; Deliver projects to programme; Lead team to meet business performance targets; Ensure works comply with relevant standards; Provide trade knowledge support; Ensure projects are completed snag and defect free.
