Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, coordinate, and assign maintenance and corrective activities for HVAC Team and 3rd Party Vendors; Manage asset maintenance parts ordering process (MRO) and track asset information; Create asset-related purchase requisitions and ensure POs are approved before scheduling; Collaborate with subcontractors for quotes and contract accuracy; Collect data and collaborate with operations to optimize maintenance programs; Maintain maintenance record compliance through periodic data auditing; Facilitate daily Team Huddles to communicate daily/weekly maintenance activities; Identify open/unscheduled work using EAMS and Primavera; Work with planners and supervisors to close gaps to meet KPI metrics; Ensure all assignments meet current code compliance.
