Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and related building systems equipment; Operate and maintain equipment including centrifugal water chillers, boilers, pumps, fans, compressors, heat exchangers, air handlers, chilled water systems, and building automation systems (BAS); Conduct routine facility and mechanical room inspections to identify operational deficiencies, safety concerns, or maintenance needs; Safely diagnose equipment issues using instrumentation, operational data, blueprints, and technical knowledge to determine repair priorities and corrective actions; Complete assigned service requests and accurately document maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and operational findings; Support facility operations through minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance repairs as needed
