Provide data center operational direction and leadership at account/divisional level; support data center business pursuits with divisional and regional business; lead complex engagements and transformation programs in high risk environments; drive deployment of data center products and support post-deployment feedback loops; provide input to strategic data center product bundles; provide ownership of all DC/CE managed space within a designated area; act as subject matter expert and single point of contact for data center operational management; develop and deploy strategic tools and processes to support industry leading data center programs; advance market position with analytics of mission critical applications and processes to digitize CE data; develop AI based programs to deploy machine learning for critical environments data; consult with clients and account leadership on all aspects of data center operations, management, account expansions and design; lead critical environments portfolio transitions, technical due diligence, root cause analysis, personnel development and establishing technical training programs.
