Facility Manager – JLL
What this job involves:
Lead the delivery of exceptional facility management services that keep our client's operations running seamlessly. As Facility Manager, you'll be the driving force behind maintaining high customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and building strong relationships with clients, landlords, and vendor partners. You'll oversee both hard and soft services while leading a dynamic team to deliver excellence every day.
What your day-to-day will look like:
• Maintain and enhance client satisfaction by delivering comprehensive facility management services and implementing programs that exceed expectations
• Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) monthly, identifying potential challenges and planning corrective actions to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Conduct weekly and monthly safety and vendor inspections to ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and JLL operational standards
• Manage work orders for in-house staff and vendors, coordinating facility soft services including meeting preparation, conference room reservations, food services, parking, vending, and badging
• Oversee space management and coordinate ongoing moves, adds, and change activities to support client operations
• Develop and manage capital and expense budgets by interfacing closely with client representatives and preparing monthly/quarterly variance reports
• Lead staff development, planning, and performance management while enforcing all company policies and safety training requirements
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of facility management experience in corporate environments, third-party service providers, or consulting
• Strong organizational and management skills with proven ability to oversee multiple facilities of different functions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills with ability to matrix manage both technical and administrative staff
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative programs that reduce operating costs and increase productivity
• Experience supervising vendor performance during normal and off-hours, including weekends when necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 8 years of facility management experience in corporate, third-party, or consulting environments
• Experience in matrix management organizations
• Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture systems, accounting principles, and building systems
• Professional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager), FMA, or similar credentials
• Experience with budget development, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Background managing client relationships with landlords and tenant liaisons

Work Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
