Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate site-based engineering team including internal and MEP responsibilities; Operate all systems within the facility including HV&LV Switching Operations; Control activities relating to technical operation of installed building systems and compliance with statutory regulations; Prepare and support specialist vendor planned, reactive, and corrective works; Ensure team and vendors comply with contractual service level agreements; Key operator of the Corrigo CMMS system ensuring accurate completion of work orders; Attend weekly operations and client meetings; Contribute to engineering risk reporting and critical systems availability reporting; Complete shift handover reports; Control critical spares and maintain site stock register; Compile critical incident and near miss reporting; Escalate critical equipment operational issues; Review service reports of specialist vendors; Produce site-specific SOP/MOP/EOP; Assist in delivery of critical infrastructure scenario training; Drive positive culture regarding personal development and training; Coach new employees; Participate in engineering Quality Assurance process; Complete responsibilities in line with site-based MEP responsibilities matrix
