Design and develop mechanical systems and products; create engineering deliverables (concepts, layouts, 3D models, fabrication/assembly drawings, BOMs); lead or support new project and technology development initiatives; perform product maintenance and support continuous improvement; assist in fabrication and development of test equipment; establish testing methods and procedures; perform fabrication and installation activities; design systems interfacing with machines, hardware, software, controls, robotics, and customer equipment; research, analyze, and implement product revisions via ECR/ECO process; provide technical support to cross-functional departments and customers; prepare and present technical information to managers, clients, and stakeholders; write and maintain technical reports, specifications, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
