Responsibilities
Champion and optimize the BMS Tridium head end system to maximize building performance and efficiency; Work with project teams to aid the installation, commissioning, monitoring, and optimization of SMART building technologies and IoT solutions; Provide detailed energy reports and analysis to support building efficiency objectives and ESG commitments; Work with the Property Management Team to manage systems to support WELL, BREEAM in Use and other recognised certifications; Maintain a cyber secure building from an Engineering Systems perspective; Integrate new SMART systems with existing building management platforms; Analyse building performance data to identify optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements; Carry out tasks within typical building environments, working from platforms and ladders as required; Maintain accurate site records/documentation for all SMART systems and technology implementations; Assist specialist subcontractors with technology installations and system integrations.
