We are looking for an Accountant for our Tokyo location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process Routine payment, Tax payments, Overseas payment. Organize payment related documents properly and track follow-up matters, ensure all the payment been processed accurately and in time
• Review Reimbursement, make sure reimbursement claims are filled correctly, ensure invoices and vouchers are reasonable, valid and in accordance with T&E policy, local law and finance rules
• Record day to day account entry Draft necessary finance report
• Provide finance support to other teams

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Familiar with finance AP and GL process, strong finance knowledges and skills
• Excellent English language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Proficient in Office software applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Possess excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
• Priority will be given to candidates with majors in Finance, Accounting, or have SAP experience.
