Responsibilities
Review OEM and Airline Customer quality provisions during contract formation; Ensure compliance with QMS policies and customer contract provisions; Create or update Software and Hardware Quality Assurance Plans; Support coordination with Customers for quality-related issues and resolutions; Perform product life cycle documentation reviews and process audits; Participate in design and development reviews (Planning, Requirements, Design, V&V) and formal customer reviews (PL, RR, PDR, CDR, TRR, PRR); Support Engineering Test Procedure monitoring and review test/failure investigation reports; Plan and support hardware/software conformity reviews and audits; Oversee product change management submission and approval; Support product transition to Manufacturing; Conduct Internal AS9100 Audits and customer-requested audits
