Responsibilities
Follow up MPS achievement and propose preventive actions for material availability; Define and lead actions for inventory reductions; Measure and improve Supplier Service Rate (SSR); Plan raw material requirements based on Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning; Validate and send weekly forecasts to suppliers; Monitor daily material arrivals and firm orders; Communicate with supplier contacts and adapt communication methods; Attend Logistics/Purchasing meetings and follow up action plans; Support implementation of supply chain tools (Pull flow, Kanban, EDI, Milk run); Define inbound transportation plans; Support inventory counting and accuracy; Alert sales during crises and define priorities; Ensure backup coverage for suppliers and internal customers.
