Interface with OEM design and development teams to support the full product development cycle and collect concerns and data, Present design and development feedback and product status clearly to the customer, Participate in validation events at the OEM supporting product testing and log collection for bug analysis, Follow Valeo design and development processes for part analysis and ensure timing commitments with the customer are respected, Analyze field failure parts with the support of the design and development team and present findings to the OEM, Track, report, and escalate issues when needed to ensure proper follow-up and resolution
