Oversee safety, health, and environmental matters at assigned North American locations; maintain expertise in federal OSHA and EPA requirements; provide guidance on OSHA-required training; lead site permitting activities; partner with Corporate Zero Harm to develop and implement programs; coordinate with legal counsel on regulatory responses; develop and deliver training for site-level coordinators; review and trend incidents and audit findings; manage the Safety, Health, and Environmental Compliance Auditing Program; support incident investigations and safety drills; support industrial hygiene programs; support Management of Change (MoC) and CAPEX processes; champion collaboration across KPC sites; provide guidance on waste management.
