Responsibilities
Lead program leadership across assurance domains including governance, controls design, audit response, and PCI DSS; Serve as subject matter expert on control narratives and audit walkthroughs; Build and maintain control frameworks aligned with NYDFS, NIST, CIS, HIPAA, and PCI DSS; Direct end-to-end response to internal and external audits; Provide senior oversight of the PCI DSS program; Mature the third-party risk management program; Own enterprise information security policy governance; Direct the security awareness program strategy; Translate strategic priorities into structured roadmaps and execution plans; Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary team of assurance professionals; Drive process maturity and automation of evidence collection; Define and operationalize KPIs/KRIs and deliver executive dashboards
