Manage tool and die equipment procurement projects from specification to qualification; Mentor junior engineers and develop departmental knowledge; Own project metrics including budgets, schedules, reliability, and quality; Coordinate design efforts between part design engineers and internal customers; Facilitate Production Preparation Process (3P) for tooling and equipment; Ensure equipment compliance with EHS standards; Apply Human Organizational Performance (HOP) principles; Collaborate on Bill of Process (BoP), Lean Manufacturing, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM); Develop Manufacturing Control Plans (MCP) and Instructions (MCI); Ensure Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA) in part design.
