Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned manufacturing area, lead and develop hourly production team members and Team Leaders, drive performance across key metrics including Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, ensure production schedules are met by optimizing staffing and addressing absenteeism, monitor production performance using visual management tools, lead daily production meetings, identify opportunities to eliminate waste and optimize processes, partner with engineering and quality teams to improve First Pass Yield and scrap reduction, create and maintain a strong safety culture, manage staffing, scheduling, overtime, and payroll accuracy
