Responsibilities
Oversee and execute plant improvement projects supporting the Lean plan and hoshin goals, organize and lead lean events to eliminate waste in product and process design, develop value stream maps and implement lean techniques, coach and teach plant support staff on APS methodology, facilitate day-to-day activities for the Kaizen Promotion Office (KPO), develop and implement material replenishment systems, work with suppliers to meet project schedules and budgets, research new technology solutions to improve the supply chain
