Responsibilities
Own and maintain the consolidated technology portfolio and delivery roadmap; Lead the intake, assessment, prioritization and governance of technology initiatives; Oversee the delivery of major programs, projects and regulatory commitments; Monitor scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues and dependencies; Develop executive dashboards and management reporting for the CIO and governance committees; Partner with Finance on technology budgeting, forecasting and investment tracking; Coordinate resource and capacity planning across technology teams; Establish and maintain delivery methodologies, standards, controls and stage-gate requirements; Lead portfolio and delivery-governance forums and ensure clear decisions and accountability; Provide early escalation of material delivery, financial, resource or control concerns; Support regulatory examinations, audits and risk-remediation programs; Build and lead a high-performing portfolio, program and project-management team; Drive continuous improvement in delivery quality, predictability and transparency
