Responsibilities
Lead, organize, and continuously develop the production area for active ingredient manufacturing; Ensure compliance with GMP, quality, safety, and compliance requirements; Lead, coach, and develop the shopfloor team including recruitment, training, and talent development; Plan and implement measures to increase productivity, efficiency, and equipment availability; Collaborate closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, MS&T, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance to ensure smooth production flow; Support the setup, qualification, and commissioning of new equipment and production systems; Create, review, and approve GMP-relevant documentation and support audits and inspections; Identify optimization potential, handle deviations, and implement sustainable improvement measures.
